Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. All our product photos are taken to reflect the actual design, color, and details of the item you’ll receive. Small variations may occur due to lighting or natural material differences, but quality and style remain the same.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt will be emailed to you right after purchase. You can also find it in your account under “Order History.”
How can I return an item?
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first for return instructions.
